Recreational Pilot Permit
The Recreational Pilot Permit (RPP) allows you to become an aeroplane pilot quickly and inexpensively! At the end of your training, you will be able to fly a Canadian daytime aircraft and carry a passenger! You can start your training at any time of the year. Privileges
The holder of a Recreational Pilot Permit may, during the day, fly an aeroplane (wheeled, floatplane or skiplane) with a maximum seating capacity of four and carrying only one passenger. In addition, the holder of a Recreational Pilot Permit may only fly in Canada in an aeroplane or ultralight with a Canadian registration.
